Automatic import

The Automatic import starts automatically before of each start of sending email campaigns. It allows you before of each sending of email campaigns automatically update the database of addresses for the cancellation or for subscription to your newsletter. You have the option to set the automatic import from multiple import sources simultaneously. The source of Automatic import can be a web service for unsubscription from address list, provided by UtilStudio company or the file type CSV, TXT or XML in the required format.

One of the automatic import sources can be a web service, provided by the UtilStudio company, for cancellation of subscription from your newsletter by clicking on the web link (URL).

Service benefits:

• It allows you to insert web link for unsubscription into the content of email, without of you needed to create the own web page for unsubscription.

• Across the internet does not travel and in our database are not saved email addresses of your customers. They can not be therefore abused.

Using of a web service requires the registration of your e-mail address in the database of service. By using of this service you agree with the registration of your email address and you agree with the possibility to send emails to the email address you provided, with agreement that email messages may contains the advertising informations. The web links for unsubscription does not contains the email address of the subscriber. The email address is being replaced by an identification code (GUID addresses). In order to pair identification code with address in your mailing list, it is necessary to preserve the original database of addresses. The advantage of this solution is that the email addresses of your customers does not travel across the internet and you have the certainty that list of yours email addresses remain just your. Because of the time of archivation is limited, it is necessary to importing data from the web services so often as is needed for preventing of losing data. By the introduction of this service is the previously provided free service cancelled.
